Claire's Story

During her 11-year career in education, Claire supported learners and leaders to improve outcomes and own their growth. As a bilingual teacher, she led students to two grade levels of literacy growth per year. While serving as adjunct faculty at two graduate schools, all students reported that her course led to a new approach to teaching. As Managing Director at a national nonprofit, she led seven coaches supporting 100 teachers and 5,000 students, resulting in their ranking in the top 10% nationally for culture and learning outcomes. In 2019, Claire moved into academic medicine and designed a scalable faculty development system for a department going from 20 to 100 faculty across five hospitals.

In 2020, Claire founded Cardinal Leadership Lab and has since supported 100+ leaders with over 1,500 hours of individual, group, and team coaching sessions and cohort-based leadership development.

Claire is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with an Advanced Certification in Team Coaching from the International Coaching Federation and a Master's in Education. To date, Claire Becker Coaching’s partners include academic medical institutions, non-profits, and for-profit organizations, including the Medical College of Wisconsin, Gentiva Hospice, and Stanford Medicine’s Physician Leadership Certificate Program. The processes she uses to support high-value outcomes work universally for organizations of all types and sizes.
