Leadership Development Programs
Build Capacity
Support Engagement & Retention
Strengthen Community
Typical professional development is flawed. And it’s costing you.
-
The professional development treats leaders like passive learners - they’re asked to listen, not practice.
The costs? Engagement & impact.
Leaders tune in and out depending on relevancy, this costs program’s engagement and leader’s clarity of how to turn learning to action
-
The professional development is comprised of only seminars - no ongoing support from a coaching expert.
The cost? Authentic, real-time growth.
Once the seminar is over, it’s over! There’s no accountability to practice new leadership behaviors or take action is gone, costing long-term change
-
The professional development only measures participant satisfaction, not its own influence on leadership competency and impact.
The cost? Clarity & a sense of purpose for leaders & facilitators.
Teams continue to invest time and resources without clarity on a program’s impact. This cost is in their bottom line, their sense of purpose and the program’s impact.
While others hyper-focus on the right speakers, we focus on the right learning outcomes.
DEVELOP LEADERS
Through 1:1 and group coaching, I support leaders to integrate and apply best practice into their content. What they learn today, they can use to lead tomorrow.
DRIVE ENGAGEMENT
I offer a 5-Star planning method which ensures every program session challenges and engages leaders, catalyzes meaningful action, and is an experience they keep talking about.
INCREASE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT ROI
I support you to align professional development to what’s most important for you. You’ll know your program supports individual growth AND uplifts your vision & mission.
I show up for your impact.

I design and lead a small-group coaching arc that couples with a seminar-based leadership development program.
Seminars engage leaders on topics such as networking, influential communication, financial acumen, and managing conflict. Group coaching provides leaders the space to explore how they will integrate and apply learning in their context tomorrow.
Group coaching took this from a leadership program at work to a place where I felt I belonged, I could grow and stretch into myself, and I could get to know other members on a deeply personal level. Those are things that made this a really incredible experience for me. I could chart my own growth and development as a leader and a human in a way I didn't expect at the beginning. The coaching component is so incredible and Claire was the greatest partner to all of us that we could have ever dreamed of in that setting!

I am a founding coach, collaborating with a team of coaches to provide group and 1:1 coaching to leaders in a seminar-based leadership certificate program.
In group coaching, I ensure leaders create more powerful connections with one another and the content. 1:1 coaching offers the space for individual assessment debrief and exploration of how to put takeaways into action in their context.
“My coach was excellent. I was impressed with how insightful she was and able to see challenges as opportunities. I was most skeptical about the group sessions and individual coaching, but I think this was valuable to the course and ultimately helped solidify the lessons I was learning along the way.”
-
I coach two PhD researchers collaborating in execution of a 5-year longitudinal study funded by a USDA Grant (Total Award >$7M)
I blend 1:1 coaching and dyad coaching so each leader has the space to explore their unique strengths and goals, as well as their their dynamic and presence as a dyad. Beyond coaching, I observe team meeting spaces to prompt deeper reflection on team interaction.
We focused on these Key Focus Areas for Coaching (as a starting point):
Case studies that can have broader application
Leveraging our complementary strengths to share leadership role
Empower team to work at their individual top/full capacity
Dealing with requests from team for “things” we don’t really want to give – when their needs don’t align with our preferences (e.g., requests that feel micromanage-y, hard deadlines)
-
I designed a professional development series for faculty to bridge institutional goals into their department culture, communication and shared expectations.
"Claire has an uncanny ability to disarm those in the room and immediately create a safe and trusting space, meeting individuals where they are in their journey. Her warmth, care, and holistic approach to development allows those she interacts with to truly be themselves using empathy and grace to engage in meaningful conversations to ground others in their vision and values to allow everyone to reach their full potential."
I’ll bring the expertise in learning and coaching so you don’t have to.
I know that you’re dedicated to professional development but when you’ve got a plate full of priorities, limited training in adult learning and no time for researching innovation - it’s easy to get stuck in the status quo.

Claire’s expertise and engaging delivery made the leadership development material not only accessible for our healthcare sales team but also impactful.
Claire’s ability to break down complex concepts and encourage thoughtful discussion was incredibly valuable. Leaders in the training have already shared with me how helpful the tools will be in their day-to-day work.
