Introducing Cardinal Leadership Lab

New name, same partner you can count on

I'm coming to you with all the drumrolls and jazz hands this morning...

Because it's time to officially share that Claire Becker Coaching has grown to Cardinal Leadership Lab!

Cardinal Leadership Lab (CLL) reflects the heart of the what I've been up to the last few years.

As I celebrate five years in business, I've reflected on the growth and scope of my work over time. In January 2021 I had a blank calendar and a desire to coach leaders navigating day to day challenges from leading through the pandemic to creating a more sustainable routine.

Since then, I've had the privilege to not just serve as a coach, but as a strategic partner to leaders and organizations wanting to advance leadership development and performance.

In five years, I've stood alongside:

  • 60 leaders through 1:1 leadership coaching to build their presence and confidence, influence and strategy and sustainable outcomes

  • 24 organizational leaders, partnering to provide professional development series, workshops and ongoing team and group coaching that enhance engagement and performance.

  • 19 coaching groups made of peer-leaders focused on strengthening skills to lead from mid-level management

  • 4 academic departments and 1 non-profit to create strategic plans that enhance strategic impact

The work continues.

We've got a new name but the same commitment: to support leaders and organizations to chart clear paths, navigate complexity, and move with purpose toward meaningful outcomes. Inspired by a compass, Cardinal Leadership Lab is ready to chart new paths with vision, engagement and meaningful destinations in mind.

Speaking of direction, clarity, and momentum…

It’s never too late to find them. If you’re entering the year feeling a bit stuck, here are three things to remember:

  1. Clarity often comes after action, not before

  2. Being paused doesn’t mean you’re off course

  3. Small, intentional shifts can realign more than sweeping change

Thank you for being part of this journey. I’m excited for what’s ahead.

In partnership,
